General Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have a valid receipt.
    • All items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
    • Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Opened bags of sand and gravel.
    • Plants that have been improperly cared for or damaged after purchase.
    • Products that have been installed or used.
  3. Plants and Trees:

    • We guarantee the health of all plants and trees at the time of purchase.
    • If your plant or tree fails to thrive within 30 days of purchase, please bring a photo of the plant/tree along with your receipt for evaluation.
    • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion based on the plant’s condition and care provided.
  4. Landscape Supplies:

    • Unopened bags of landscape supplies such as mulch, soil, and fertilizers can be returned within 30 days with a receipt.
    • Opened or used landscape supplies are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  5. Delivery Issues:

    • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item through our delivery service, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund for the incorrect or damaged item.
